Mr. McVeigh has been involved in public health for 15 years. He holds a BS in Microbiology and a Masters in Business. Recently in 2008 he was appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to the Commonwealth's Board of Sanitarians. Currently he is taking Radiation Safety Officer training at the Harvard School of Public Health. Mr. McVeigh is Both a Certified Health Officer and Registered Sanitarian with the Commonwealth. He enjoys the challenge of local public health and the diversity of issues inherent with the job. "I enjoy helping people and in public health field you can see tangible results that affect people’s lives". |
